  • Any examples of exceptional results?  OK, Now what is the typical results?
  • What did I miss in my review?  What should I have said in the review?
  • What criteria did I miss in my evaluation? Is there invalid evaluation criteria?
  • What additional functionality should your system have? Why?
  • I have found ________ is exceptional in this system.  How did this come about?
  • It appears these __________ are missing by design. Were they considered? What tradeoffs?
  • Please explain why this additional functionality is not in the current version. Are there plans to add them? When? Ever?
  • Why is this system useful? What elements of the system training adds the greatest value to your system?
  • What is the greatest strength your system offers?  Weakness?
  • What does competition in the Lead Generation System market mean to you?
  • How strong is the competition? How do you compare to your nearest competition?
  • Are there system updates, trainings or near future features you want to tell us about?
  • Where do you see your system in 5 years, 3? Why?
  • Where is the future for these type of systems? How do you see it playing out? Social Media vs Auto-responders (Formal vs Informal)
